Prepayment of 30% of the total cost of the trip should be paid 30 days before arrival day, this amount is collected to confirm booking of the trip. Payment should be made to the Indonesian account or via Western Union.

If the trip is cancelled due to clients’ fault prepayment is not refunded.

If the trip is cancelled due to Kelana Team’s’ fault full prepayment will be refunded.

It is not Kelana Team’s fault if the access to some attractions will not be possible due to natural disaster. Alternative attractions will be provided. It maybe be possible that attraction cannot be accessible on certain day of the trip, in such case the order of planned days may be changed.

Kelana Team’s assure insurance for all the time of clients’ stay.

Customer should provide all the data (flight details, full name, photos of passport, allergic details, which will be required for booking of accommodation and attractions as well as details for travel insurance. Client’s should take care about legal documents such as visa, etc. before the arrival.

Kelana Team is not responsible for clients’ personal belongings.

Customization of the trip is possible, it may be related to increasing the cost of the trip, should be discuss with Kelana Team in advance.

Clients’ agree to use their photos for the promotion.

Any legal violations such as drug abuse etc. will result in immediate cancelation of the tour without money being refunded.
